The selection of fifteen (15) semi-finalists for the 2008 Mutya ng Dabaw will be held tomorrow, February 22, at the NCCC Mall.
I’m not sure about the exact time yet, but based on earlier editions of the Mutya ng Dabaw, I assume that this year’s semi-finals will start at around 2 PM.
